About Treekin Works
Treekin Works is a personal design studio run by MIKI.
From packaging design and promotional materials to OEM/private label product development, we handle the entire process—from initial concept planning all the way to execution—mainly in the fields of daily goods, household items, and pet supplies.
With nearly 15 years of experience as an in-house designer at a small animal supply manufacturer, I hold a Level 1 certification in pet care and management.
I specialize in creating packaging and cautionary labeling that’s both informative and compliant—balancing a pet owner's perspective with legal and safety standards. I’ve created over 500 unique designs to date.
Beyond design, I’ve been involved in every step of product development: ideation, communication with overseas factories, creating spec sheets, and overseeing mass production.
I understand the reality of getting products to market, including cross-team coordination and scheduling.
I've also traveled for sourcing and trade shows to countries such as China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Germany, Bangladesh, and Estonia.
Talking directly with locals, learning about their culture and aesthetics, and of course, enjoying their cuisine—these experiences help me better understand each region’s market and user preferences.
